CCT STAFF REFERRAL:
If you have family/whanau, friends, or flat-mates that you have promoted to apply for work with us at Community Care Trust (CCT), then please let us know PRIOR to their application being received by our recruitment team.

Once your referred person has been employed you will be rewarded with $100.00 worth of rewards (conditions apply).

EXTERNAL REFERRER:
If you have family/whanau, friends, or flat-mates that you have promoted to apply for work with us at Community Care Trust (CCT), then please let us know.

Once your referral has been employed, you will go into our quarterly draw for $250.00 worth of gift vouchers.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
• ONLY REFERRALS OF THOSE THAT ARE EMPLOYED BY CCT WILL EARN THE REWARD or be entered into the quarterly draw

• REFERRALS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE REFERRED PERSON APPLYING TO CCT FOR EMPLOYMENT

• ALL REFFERALS WILL EXPIRE 6 MONTHS AFTER THEY ARE RECEIVED

* DUPLICATE REFERRALS (Internal & External) will be acknowledge by the first referral received
