Support Worker Dunedin - Multiple opportunities

Closes: 14 October, 2021 at 5:00 PM

Community Care Trust’s Vision is a world that truly values and celebrates diversity.  To realise this vision, we work in partnership with people to enable them to have great lives.

Since our inception in 1995 we have evolved as an innovative and progressive organisation, guided by what each person’s unique support needs are, and what they want to achieve in their life.  Our values underpin our practice and we “walk the talk,” staying true to the philosophy that people have the right to determine their own life.

Our team are diverse, dedicated and professional.  We recognise the difference between good and great support is a well trained team and we invest significantly in this area.   We have been awarded silver accreditation against the Investors in People Standard, demonstrating our commitment to realising the potential of our all of our employees.

Our work is varied, and we partner with a range of people including people with an intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, youth, dual diagnosis, and people with a disability that have committed a criminal offence.

As a result of ongoing growth, we are seeking to appoint several roles to join our team.  To be successful in applying for any of these roles your personal values will align with those of Community Care Trust: Respect, reliability, transparency, and responsiveness.

A key factor to your success will be the ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with people we support and with the team.  All positions have guaranteed hours, and we welcome further discussion regarding your availability should you be offered an interview.
