- The ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure, high change orientated environment
- A relevant tertiary qualification

The Operations Manager will balance day-to-day operational challenges while keeping sight of organisational objectives, implementing systems and process changes to provide solutions that focus on person centred practice, continuous quality improvement and people leadership.
Along with the responsibility for ensuring that the delivery of support services meet the expectations of people, whanau/family, funders and other stakeholders, the Operations Manager will lead a significant team across Otago, Southland and Central Lakes District. Regular travel within these regions will be required.
