About the job:

We're looking for people to join our team that have a desire to share ideas and contribute to a fun and diverse team. 

While having experience as a support worker in mental health, youth, or behaviour support is advantageous, don’t let this put you off applying if you are keen on a career with us. 

We will provide you with comprehensive training and support to get you up to speed.  With the right training you can earn up to $28 per hour. 

We operate a 24/7 service, and we require employees that are able to work nights, weekends and complete sleepover duties.

Our work is varied, as we partner with a range of people including people with an intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, youth, dual diagnosis, and people with a disability that have committed a criminal offence.

In order to be able to work for us. you must:

  • Hold a full current NZ DRIVER LICENCE
  • Be ELIGIBLE to work in New Zealand
  • Hold a current FIRST AID Certificate (or be willing to complete one)
  • It is preferable that you have a road legal motor vehicle for work related travel, with mileage costs to be reimbursed, although not essential.
  • Undergo VETTING as we have a strong commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable people.
