We are currently looking for a Full Time support worker for our Independent Living team to working within the Gore district. You will be supporting people in their homes encouraging them to meet others, assisting them to achieve new goals, building new skills, and supporting them to have a better link to their community.
CCT is a longstanding organisation with our roots in Otago and Southland, and now operating in North Otago & Canterbury, with a reputation for ‘walking the talk.’ We have been providing support to people for a long time, but always bring a fresh and innovative approach to all that we do!
Our team are an integral part of the magic, and bring a forward-thinking, collaborative approach with a strong desire to make a difference. This is support work – but probably not as you know it.

We operate a 7-day service, and we require employees that are able to work evenings and weekends shift when required.
If this sounds like you and you want to be part of the supportive, professional and fun team, we would like to talk with you about employment with the Community Care Trust (CCT) covering the Gore district, so please apply now.
