We are a LONGSTANDING ORGANISATION with our roots in Otago and Southland, and more recently North Otago & Canterbury, with a reputation for ‘walking the talk’. We have been providing support to people for a long time, but always are looking to bringing a fresh and innovative approach to what we do!

Our team are an integral part of the MAGIC, bringing a FORWARD-THINKING, COLLABORATIVE approach with a strong desire to make a DIFFERENCE. This is SUPPORT WORK – but probably not as you know it.

We are currently looking for FULL TIME and PART TIME support workers to join our Supported Living team (including regular nights/sleepovers and weekend shifts) working within DUNEDIN and surrounds.

You will be supporting people in their OWN HOMES encouraging them to meet others, assisting them to ACHIEVE NEW GOALS, build new skills, and support them to become more INTEGRATED with their communities.

Our work is varied, as we partner with a range of people including people with an intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder, youth, dual diagnosis, and some with a disability that have committed a criminal offence.

To work for us you must:

• Hold a full current NZ DRIVER LICENCE
• Be ELIGIBLE to work in New Zealand
• Have a VALID VISA with a minimum of 12 months until expiry
• Hold a current FIRST AID Certificate (or be willing to complete one)
• The availability of a road legal motor vehicle for work related travel is required, with mileage costs to be reimbursed.
• Undergo VETTING as we have a strong commitment to safeguarding children and vulnerable people.
