QUALITY ANALYST

Community Care Trust are looking for a new Quality Analyst to join our Quality and Risk Team.

Our Quality Analyst supports CCT to remain focused on quality improvement and great support.

Full training is provided. 32 – 40 hours per week depending on your needs with some work from home availability.

The Role:

  • Take a leadership role in liaising with our Australian-based designers of our designed customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Plan and implement development and improvement of our CRM alongside a team of internal system administrators.
  • Analyse data and provide summarised reports to assist management with decision making.
  • Complete research and evaluation of the effectiveness of our practices and systems and provide support to implement improvements and process changes.

Key Tasks:

  • Organise and lead webinars with CRM developers, communicate required system changes, track quotes and tickets.
  • Lead internal meetings and training sessions, keep training material up to date, and communicate system updates.
  • Consult with CCT staff, plan and implement development and improvement of our CRM alongside a team of internal system administrators.
  • Assess properties of the people we support to ensure they are safe, comfortable, and well resourced.
  • Facilitate reviews of our Policy and Procedure manual.
  • Review internal practices and policy in line with NZ Standards.
  • Create and run surveys and present data.

Our ideal candidate will have:

-Essential-

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Excel.
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Ability to analyse data and extrapolate recommendations in line with the organisation’s values
  • Confident in communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders

 -Desirable-

  • Previous experience working in the Disability Sector
  • Previous experience in / knowledge of Quality Assurance
