QUALITY ANALYST

Community Care Trust are looking for a new Quality Analyst to join our Quality and Risk Team.
Our Quality Analyst supports CCT to remain focused on quality improvement and great support.
Full training is provided. 32 – 40 hours per week depending on your needs with some work from home availability.
The Role:
- Take a leadership role in liaising with our Australian-based designers of our designed customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Plan and implement development and improvement of our CRM alongside a team of internal system administrators.
- Analyse data and provide summarised reports to assist management with decision making.
- Complete research and evaluation of the effectiveness of our practices and systems and provide support to implement improvements and process changes.
Key Tasks:
- Organise and lead webinars with CRM developers, communicate required system changes, track quotes and tickets.
- Lead internal meetings and training sessions, keep training material up to date, and communicate system updates.
- Consult with CCT staff, plan and implement development and improvement of our CRM alongside a team of internal system administrators.
- Assess properties of the people we support to ensure they are safe, comfortable, and well resourced.
- Facilitate reviews of our Policy and Procedure manual.
- Review internal practices and policy in line with NZ Standards.
- Create and run surveys and present data.
Our ideal candidate will have:
-Essential-
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Excel.
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent report writing skills
- Ability to analyse data and extrapolate recommendations in line with the organisation’s values
- Confident in communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders
-Desirable-
- Previous experience working in the Disability Sector
- Previous experience in / knowledge of Quality Assurance
