We are looking for a person to take on the key role of People and Capability Administrator, managing the administration of all back-office HR functions for the wider organisation.

We want you if you have:
Our ideal applicant will have, or be willing to develop the following skills:
- Excellent computer literacy – Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, Word, and data entry
- Impeccable attention to detail, typing and proof-reading skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- The ability to prioritise, multitask and focus in a challenging work environment
- A sound understanding of professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Experience in managing HR Software
- A qualification, or 5+ years’ experience in HR administration (preferred)
- Able to work independently to meet organisational deadlines as well as working as part of a team
- A positive and approachable attitude, a willingness to share skills and help others
- Clear communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse range of people
- Friendly, well-rounded personality with a good sense of humour
- Full current NZ Driver License and be eligible to work in New Zealand
- Current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to sit one).
