FIXED WAKE OVER SHIFTS – 11.00pm to 7.00am
Full Time Position
We are looking for a support worker that is keen to support and make positive changes to those we support in our community?
If you’re interested in working alongside people doing something meaningful? Then read on…
Community Care Trust (CCT) is a longstanding community support organisation with our roots in Otago and Southland (and recent expansion into the Canterbury region) with a reputation for ‘walking the talk.’
We have been providing support to people for over 26 years, but always bring a fresh and innovative approach to all that we do! Our team are an integral part of the magic, and bring a forward-thinking, collaborative approach with a strong desire to make a difference. This is support work – but probably not as you know it.
We are currently looking for experienced, calm and compassionate support worker to work within our Supported Living Service for our Wake Over shifts 11.00pm to 7.00am. Ideally someone who has experience working alongside and building understanding with people who experience significant obstacles in their daily living, which at times is expressed in behaviour that can be challenging.
If this sounds like you, we would like to talk with you about employment with the Community Care Trust (CCT) in the Christchurch area, so please apply now.
If this position isn't for you, but you know of friends and/or whanau who you think would love to work for us, then please pass this advertisement onto them.
An immediate start is preferred, but willing to work with you on the commencement timeframe.
This may suit someone with a level 4 qualification or relevant experience. We will provide you with comprehensive training and support to get you up to speed, and with the right training you can earn up to $28.25 per hour.
We can fill you in about what makes us unique at an interview, or let us know if you have any questions by contacting one of the People and Capability team at recruit@cct.org.nz or call 0800 800 001 and ask for David or Frankie.
