Simon has been employed with CCT since 2004 and has a background in teaching, supported employment and micro enterprise. 

Given his experience the role of Service Manager - Community and Employment was a natural progression and satisfies his desire to see young people realise their full potential and determine their own pathway.  He applies a pragmatic yet playful approach to work and life and aims to provide leadership and support to both the people and staff in a way that enhances the overall quality of access to the community, education and employment.
